We Listen and Don’t Judge
Participants should be mindful that workshops should never replace professional mental health treatment or other more intensive modalities of healing. These workshops are facilitated to create support for groups and individuals in their pursuit of healing and wellness.
I use a collaborative, person centered approach derived from individual and group counseling theories to develop programs and initiatives that focus on collective healing.
I perceive each participant as a collaborator in integrating personal truths and imparting new information into each exercise and activity. Personal narrative building and self-reflection are key components of each workshop. Hoping to harness collective power, the overall objective of each workshop is to introduce all participants to terms, practices, and ideology that will ultimately be positively impactful to their personal mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.

The Girl, let's talk Conversation Party is a loosely structured conversation that utilizes a creative approach to storytelling while emphasizing some of the key tenets of group therapy to facilitate active learning and engagement amongst participants. While this is not group therapy, it is intended to be an encouraging and informative conversation facilitated by a series of fishbowl questions and topics, intentional moments of silence, individual and group reflections and collaboration amongst members to embody the founding principles of Girl, let’s talk LLC.
Centered around introducing the dimensions of wellness and other contextual underpinnings of mental and emotional wellness, these learning and engagement activities are aimed at but not limited to acknowledging and building:
Self Awareness | Self Regulation | Social Awareness | Relationship Management
